We start with GroundWork, a 9-week course that teaches practical nervous system science, helps to demystify and unpack why we are in dysregulated states and provides down-to-earth practices that fit real life.

For high-achievers stuck in hustle mode. We’ll dismantle the “always on” pattern, rebuild your pace, and help you lead from a calm, clear, internally guided system- one that has space for rest and inspiration.
Repair & Reclaim
For women healing from trauma or CPTSD whose bodies still feel stuck in survival. Learn what your system actually needs to repair, regulate, and restore safety, so you can experience life beyond hypervigilance or shutdown.
