Trust your body.
Change your life.
Most women have been taught to manage themselves from the outside in.
ReBody is practice in living from the inside out.
Learn to understand your body, build strength and capacity, and become more available to your own signals, needs, emotions, and choices—so the way you care for yourself and move through your life starts from you.
Maybe you’ve spent years trying to do the right things for your body. You’ve exercised, cleaned up your food, tried to sleep better, worked on your stress, listened to the podcasts, followed the experts, and gathered a ridiculous amount of information about what a woman is supposedly supposed to be doing to feel good.
And maybe some of it has helped.
But maybe you’re also tired of feeling like the answer is always somewhere outside of you.
One person says lift heavy. Another says Pilates. Eat more protein. Go plant-based. Walk more. Train harder. Rest more. Fix your hormones. Regulate your nervous system. Stretch more. Stop stretching. Do less. Try harder.
At some point, it gets really hard to hear yourself underneath all of that.
ReBody is about changing that.
It’s about helping you become more in tune with your own body so you can understand what it’s communicating, what it actually needs, and what helps you feel strong, clear, capable, healthy, and alive.
Not according to another checklist.
According to the woman actually living in the body.
Maybe this is where you are…
Maybe you used to feel strong and capable in your body and now it feels like the rules have changed. You don’t recover the same way. Things ache that never used to ache. Your energy is different. Maybe you want to get stronger, but you’re not quite sure where to begin anymore—or whether what worked ten or twenty years ago is even what your body needs now.
Or maybe fitness has never really felt intuitive to you. You know you should strength train. You know movement matters. You know sleep and stress and food matter. But every time you try to piece it all together, you end up overwhelmed by somebody else’s plan for somebody else’s body.
Or maybe you’re actually very knowledgeable. You understand your patterns. You’ve done the therapy. You know what you should be doing, and yet there are still places where you keep overriding yourself, starting over, pushing too far, pulling back too quickly, or wondering why knowing better hasn’t translated into living differently.
None of that means you need more discipline.
It may mean you need a different relationship with yourself.
One where your body is not something you manage from the outside, but something you learn to understand from within.
This is the work.
At ReBody, we start with the body because the body is where all of this becomes real.
Your strength, your emotions, your nervous system, your movement, your stress, your pain, your recovery, your habits, your beliefs—they are not separate little departments operating independently of one another.
They are constantly talking to each other.
So instead of asking, “What is the perfect thing I should be doing?” we get curious about a much more useful question:
What is happening in me, and what does this body need from me now?
Sometimes the answer is rest.
Sometimes it is absolutely, girl, you need to get stronger.
Sometimes your body needs to experience a movement it has been avoiding. Sometimes it needs more recovery, more expression, more challenge, more support, or simply enough space for you to notice what you have been overriding.
And over time, you get better at knowing the difference.
That is what we practice through:
Sense · Move · Strengthen · Recover · Express · Choose
Not six separate subjects. Six ways of learning how to be with yourself while you are actually living in your body.
The goal is not to make you endlessly focused on yourself.
The goal is to give you enough awareness, strength, resilience, and self-trust that you can stop outsourcing every decision about your body and your life.
You begin to know yourself from the inside.
And from there, you get to choose.
This work came from lived experience.
I spent years working in fitness, strength, nutrition, behavior change, and movement. I knew how to train a body, how to push, how to perform, and how to follow a plan.
What changed everything for me was realizing that knowing how to manage myself was not the same as knowing how to be with myself.
Over time, my work became less about getting women to follow better rules and more about helping them understand their own bodies, notice what was actually happening inside them, and build the strength, resilience, and self-trust to respond from there.
ReBody grew out of that shift.
It’s the work of learning how to come back into relationship with yourself—through the body—and letting that relationship shape how you care for yourself and how you live.
Ways to Begin
The Living Library
An evolving collection of practices for living ReBody in real life.
The Living Library is the place you come back to when you need support actually practicing this work in real life.
Some days that might mean movement because you’ve been stuck in your head. Some days it might mean strength because your body needs to be reminded what it can do. Some days it might mean breath, recovery, or a guided practice because life has been a lot and you need a way back into yourself.
Other days, you may want help understanding what your body is telling you, what you’re feeling, why a certain pattern keeps showing up, or how to work with yourself differently when your usual way of doing things is no longer working.
The Library is built around six ways of practicing ReBody:
Sense · Move · Strengthen · Recover · Express · Choose
It’s not something you finish, and it’s not another course you have to keep up with.
It’s a place to return to as your body, your life, and your needs change.
Private Coaching
Sometimes you need more than a practice you can do on your own.
You need space to slow down, look at what’s actually happening in your body, your patterns, your life and feel supported in that process in a more personal way.
Private coaching gives us room to get curious together. We may work with movement, strength, recovery, nervous-system input, breath, emotional awareness, pain patterns, or the habits and beliefs shaping the way you relate to yourself.
The goal isn’t for me to become another person telling you what to do. It’s to help you understand yourself and your body more clearly, build what you need, and become more confident in knowing how to work with yourself.
If you're looking for personalized support, I'd love to walk alongside you.

The conversation continues here
The ReBody Project Podcast is a place for real, honest conversations about nervous system change, embodiment, burnout, healing, self-trust, and what it actually looks like to create a life your body can hold.
Some episodes are just me, talking through the ideas and stories behind this work. Others are conversations with women navigating the very real, very human patterns that shape how we live, relate, protect, change, and come home to ourselves.
My hope is that somewhere inside these conversations, you hear yourself.
And maybe feel a little less alone.
You were not meant to just manage.
