This 4-week ReBody Reset is where we meet her on purpose.

Not through punishment.

Not through performing.

Through movement that feels good.

And repetition that teaches your nervous system it’s safe to stay.

We meet once a week for 75 minutes.

We move.
We reset.
We integrate.

And over four weeks, something important happens:

Trust begins to rebuild.

Not because you forced change but because you continued to show up.

Consistency becomes a signal of safety.
Your body starts to recognize that this isn’t a one-off escape but that it’s a new way of living.

And that’s what shifts things.

The lighter, less-braced version of you stops being accidental and starts feeling familiar.

What Changes in 4 Weeks?

Four weeks doesn’t reinvent you.

But it often shows you how far from baseline you’ve been living.

Women begin to notice how braced they were. How unfamiliar ease felt. How quickly the mind wants to return to “doing”.

Play seems to feel uncomfortable.
Pleasure shows up as unfamiliar.

The first few times we move simply for enjoyment — not outcome — many women feel awkward or resistant.

You begin to see how many of the roles and rules you absorbed — about being productive, composed, “grown up” — have quietly shaped how tightly you hold yourself. And then something shifts.
