GroundWork

It all begins here.

GroundWork is the start of your journey. Over nine weeks, we weave neuroscience, somatic education, and nervous-system tuning into manageable videos, audio practices, reflections, and prompts.
You don’t need prior experience (or extra hours in your day) just a willingness to notice the little things: how your breath settles, how a slight shift in posture can invite ease, how pausing can be the kindest thing you do all day.

It’s a starting point for learning the language of your body.

This course is especially for you if:

  • You’re tired of feeling “off”, whether that’s constant low energy, irritability, brain fog, or that nagging sense that you’re always behind.

  • You’ve tried all the “stress management” tips but nothing seems to stick for more than a few days.

  • Your go-to coping mechanisms (coffee, scrolling, powering through, wine, staying busy) aren’t working like they used to (or your whole life seems to have been taken over by them!)

  • You want tools that work in the moment, not just theories to read about.

  • You’ve noticed that trying to slow down feels foreign, maybe even uncomfortable.

  • You crave more steadiness in your energy, mood, and focus without having to overhaul your whole life.

  • You want to feel more connected to your body’s signals, instead of missing them or overriding them until it’s too late.

  • You’re ready to start making small, doable shifts that actually fit into real life (and a real schedule).

  • You’d love to connect with other women who “get it” and are learning how to live with more space, choice, and trust in their bodies.

You’ll Walk Away With:

  • A set of simple, repeatable practices you can use anywhere-before a meeting, in the car, at the grocery store-to bring yourself back into balance.

  • The ability to catch stress patterns in real time before they snowball into burnout or blow-ups.

  • More consistent energy throughout the day, instead of the crash-and-burn cycle.

  • A daily rhythm that actually works for your body instead of against it.

  • Less tension in your jaw, shoulders, and gut, because you’ll know how to release it.

  • A clear understanding of what your body’s “yes” and “no” actually feel like.

  • Tools for switching off at night so you can fall asleep faster and sleep more deeply.

  • A calmer baseline so you don’t get thrown by every bump in the road.

  • A sense of trust that your body can handle more of life without tipping you into overdrive.

  • Real-life confidence that you have what you need to keep moving forward without pushing past your limits.

  • Genuine connection with other women who get it. A supportive space to share wins, struggles, and “me too” moments without judgment.

No pressure. No fixing.

No pretending you’re anywhere other than where you are.

Just a clear way in, where learning to trust your body leads to change that actually lasts.

Level 2 Courses

Once you’ve completed GroundWork, and feel ready to take the deeper dive, Level 2 courses give you the opportunity to continue to personalize your journey.

Repatterning Overdrive

For the high-achiever who knows “always on” isn’t the badge of honor it used to be, but still struggles to slow down without guilt.
We’ll dismantle the patterns that keep your nervous system in overdrive, rebuild your pace from a calm and regulated place, and help you lead with clarity instead of urgency.

You’ll learn to move from force to flow, trading the old “push through” energy for a steady, sustainable rhythm that leaves room for rest and inspiration.

This Is For You If:

  • You’ve been operating in high gear for so long that “slowing down” feels unnatural or even unsafe.

  • You’re great at getting things done, but often at the cost of your sleep, health, or relationships.

  • You find yourself cycling between intense productivity and complete burnout, and you’re ready to break the pattern.

  • You feel a constant undercurrent of pressure. Like you should always be doing more, even when you’ve done enough.

  • You’ve tried to rest before, but guilt or anxiety kicks in and pulls you back into the grind.

  • You want to feel focused and driven without running on fumes.

  • You suspect that your best ideas and deepest creativity won’t come from working harder, they’ll come from finding a steadier, more sustainable rhythm.

  • You’re ready to achieve without overextending, and lead without living in a constant state of “go.”

You’ll Walk Away With:

  • A grounded inner compass that leads you with intention

  • Tools to interrupt overdrive patterns in the moment

  • Boundaries that protect your energy while still letting you shine

  • Relief from proving cycles that no longer serve you

  • A deeper ability to choose, not just cope

  • A felt sense of agency over your pace, your priorities, and your presence

  • Support from other women who know what it’s like to push through and are ready to stop

Repair & Reclaim

For the woman healing from trauma or CPTSD whose body still feels like it’s braced for impact.
If you’ve done the work but deep safety still feels out of reach, this is where we get to the roots…gently, without force.
You’ll learn what your nervous system actually needs to repair, regulate, and restore trust, and how to live from a place where your body is no longer in constant defense mode.
From that steadiness, you can reclaim more than safety. You can reclaim joy, connection, and the freedom to show up as your full self.

This Is For You If:

  • You’ve tried therapy, mindset work, or self-care practices, but your body still feels stuck in high-alert mode.

  • You notice patterns you can’t seem to break like shutting down, overthinking, and overreacting, even when you know you’re safe.

  • You’ve done years of healing work but still feel like there’s an invisible wall between you and a sense of ease.

  • Your body carries tension, pain, or fatigue that flares without warning.

  • You want to feel connected to others without bracing for hurt, disappointment, or misunderstanding.

  • You crave a slower, kinder pace for your life but worry that slowing down will make you fall behind.

  • You’re ready for tools that work with your body, not against it, so you can finally move forward without feeling like you’re pushing a boulder uphill.

You’’ll Walk Away With:

  • A trauma-informed map of your nervous system’s protective patterns—so you finally understand why your body responds the way it does.

  • Gentle, step-by-step tools to unhook from survival-mode loops without overwhelming your system.

  • A noticeable drop in the constant tension in your body, whether it’s in your jaw, shoulders, gut, or all of the above.

  • More consistent energy that isn’t dependent on adrenaline, caffeine, or sheer willpower.

  • The ability to recognize and respond to your body’s early cues before stress spirals out of control.

  • Practices that help you feel grounded and steady in situations that used to trigger anxiety or shutdown.

  • A deeper capacity for connection with yourself, with others, and with moments of everyday life.

  • Trust in your body’s ability to support you rather than sabotage you.

  • A clear, embodied sense of “I am safe now,” not as a mantra you tell yourself, but as something you can actually feel.

  • The beginning of reclaiming joy. Not as a performance, but as a natural byproduct of living from safety instead of defense.
