The Summer Series online immersion
This is where your body begins to trust the shift.
This isn’t about learning something new and then going back to your life unchanged.
This is about experiencing your body differently, in real time, and then giving it enough repetition that it actually starts to stick.
Because real change doesn’t come from a single insight or a one-off experience.
It comes from your nervous system having a new experience, again and again, until it no longer feels unfamiliar.
Inside these sessions, we use movement, breath, awareness, and play to help you start noticing your patterns as they’re happening.
Where you tighten.
Where you override yourself.
Where things feel harder than they need to.
Where you default into pushing, managing, or disconnecting.
And instead of trying to fix it, you learn how to meet it differently.
That’s what begins to change everything.
Each session gently moves you through a full stress cycle, something most bodies haven’t completed in years. Instead of holding stress or pushing past it, you actually move it. Over time, your system starts to recognize that it doesn’t have to stay in that constant low-level state of effort.
We meet every other week, giving you space to live your life in between while still staying connected to the work. Each session of the Reset is then followed by live coaching and integration where we slow things down and actually look at what’s coming up for you.
Not so you can rely on me to guide you through it,
but so you begin to recognize and respond to it on your own.
This is where the dots start to connect.
You begin to notice the internal reactions, sensations, and patterns that usually go unseen, the ones quietly shaping how you show up in your relationships, your work, your decisions, and your energy.
And instead of trying to control all of that from the outside, you start shifting it from the inside out.
Over the course of the summer, something subtle but powerful starts to happen.
Your system begins to recognize that it’s safe to soften.
That you don’t have to push to keep your life moving.
That ease doesn’t mean you’re falling behind.
And from that place, things begin to change.
Not because you forced them to.
But because you’re no longer operating from the same patterns.
The Container
We meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month (June through August) at 5:30pm PT.
Each session includes:
60-minute live ReBody Reset
30-minute guided integration and live coaching
You’ll also receive simple, optional mini-resets between sessions to help you stay connected to the practice without overwhelming your life.
Note:
This is a small group experience, intentionally kept that way to allow for depth, connection, and real-time support.
