A focused six-week coaching container for one pattern, transition, or area of your life that is asking for more honest attention.
We’ll meet every other week for three 75-minute private coaching sessions, giving you space between calls to practice, notice what comes up, and bring real-life material back into the work.
This package is for the woman who wants more than a single conversation, but may not be ready for a longer intensive container. It gives us enough time to identify what’s happening beneath the surface, work with the pattern through your body and nervous system, and begin applying the work in your actual life.
Together, we may explore where you’re bracing, overriding, avoiding, performing, freezing, over-functioning, or trying to create change from a version of yourself that is already exhausted.
We’ll work with the pattern at the level where it actually lives — in your nervous system, your body, your beliefs, your emotional responses, and the way you move through your day-to-day life.

We’ll meet weekly for private coaching sessions, with support between calls so the work stays connected to your real life.
Each session is shaped around what is actually present: the pattern you’re in, the thing you’re avoiding, the desire that scares you, the boundary you keep talking yourself out of, the body response you do not understand, the old story that keeps organizing your choices, or the moment where you can feel yourself reaching for the familiar even though another part of you wants something new.
We’ll slow it down enough to see what’s happening underneath the surface, then work with it through the body, nervous system, thought patterns, behavior, and practical next steps.
This is where somatic work, nervous system education, cognitive behavioral change, motivational interviewing, breath, body-based awareness, honest reflection, and practical integration may come in.
But the point is not the tool.
The point is helping you stop living at war with yourself.

The intensive is for women who already know they want ongoing support over three or six months as the work moves into more layers of real life: identity, relationships, health, behavior, self-trust, boundaries, capacity, and embodiment.
